They have commands in order to interact with them, as well as their own channel to prevent unintentional changes to group information. All Chat Bot commands are included in an intial dashboard when the group chat starts which is pinned to that channel for easy access for all members.

Yes, anyone with admin access to the group chat can add channels in order to personalize their experience. Admin access is granted to the creator of the groupchat, and to anyone else that the admin gives it to.

Under Account settings, users can link any accounts they have with their GroupVice accounts (such as an email address). The admin of the group chat can choose to have this information saved to a dashboard in the bot channel such that it can be viewed by all members in the group chat.
